The video above:

Integrating online resources into your teaching

references iTunes U resources.

Recently, CEET itself has become part of iTunes U and we'd love to get some feedback on the small handful of trial collections we've made available. Currently there are five of these collections -- each based on a recent CEET Meet. Each downloadable item in the collection is a PDF of annotated links.

The way to access these resources is to

1. go to iTunes
2. pick the iTunes store
3. search the store for CEET (or Community Expertise Educational Technology)

As you probably know, iTunes U is based on the engine that was initially developed by Apple for music downloads. The iTunes music download experience is widely used and very familiar to many. The iTunes U brand has the benefit of being very recognized in the educational field and the number of collections will be growing in the near future as our plan is to create templates so that any CEET participant could create materials for iTunes U as well as having me convert more of the existing Moodle Meets into iTunes U collections.

Feel free to email me at ewellburn@pinc.com with your feedback and suggestions.

Open Education Resources should be the way forward in solving endemic shortage of teaching-learning materials id disadvantaged communities. It is our intention in Zimbabwe to establish OER provision to benefit out-of-school learners
