Incorporating Blogs and Wikis into the Classroom

As part of my coursework, I am working on creating a wikispace for my class with the possibility of embedding a blog into the wiki as well.  I am wondering if anyone has done the same for their classes and if you have any tips or advice for doing so.  If you have links to some great classroom wikis/blogs, that would be great.  Thanks:)
