Elizabeth Wellburn said… Hello Lisa,
I've been working with Mark Hawkes on the iTunes U collections, based on CEET Moodlemeets.
Basically I've re-worked content from the sessions and formatted them as PDFs to make available for download on iTunes U.
Up until now, we've done five of these and hosted them on the UVic server so there has been no issue related to privacy with respect to the US patriot act.
However, I've just completed a sixth set of PDFs on "The Secret Language of QR Codes" and I found I had a lot of trouble trying to upload it to UVic. I'd like to host it on the Apple server (a much easier process) but I wanted to be sure you were okay with the fact that these documents mention your names. They do NOT include any contact info or even any mention of you school district or anything similar. But Mark wanted me to get your okay before making them live in this way.
Can you please let us know?
Mark's email is Mark.Hawkes@gov.bc.ca and mine is ewellburn@pinc.com
Please feel free to email me if you have any questions,
thanks and bye for now
Elizabeth
P.S. I am also sending this message to Clint Surry, Sue Hellman and David Le Blanc
